Andrew Geary
Bachelor of Commerce (Fin, Mar)
With over 15 years of experience spanning operations, property, and enterprise systems, Andrew brings a practical commercial lens and hands-on leadership style.He began his career managing complex supply chains in the FMCG sector before moving into property in 2009.
At Accord, he has delivered major projects across commercial, aged care, government, and strata portfolios — including the handover, advisory, and facilities management of Qantas’s multi-building Global Headquarters in Sydney. He is known for building strong teams, embedding reliable systems, and ensuring service that is responsive and accountable.
Beyond daily operations, Andrew is investing in innovation and strategic partnerships to maximise the value Accord can offer its clients. He also established the company’s advisory division, supporting clients with deeper insight and forward-looking property strategies.
Outside of work, Andrew is a family man, hands-on renovator, and competitive tennis player on Sydney’s North Shore.

Shelley Maxwell
Director – Strategy & Client Partnerships

Fuelled by a passion for transforming corporate real estate and facilities management, Shelley redefines industry norms by challenging the status quo to create faster, smarter, and more efficient operations. She champions strategic long-term planning as the key to sharper short-term decision-making, ensuring clients achieve sustainable, high-performance outcomes.
Shelley leverages her 10 years experience in estate management in the UK and Australian property portfolio management, with 10 years of real estate consulting at Deloitte. She has led key integrated leasing and facilities management accounts for Royal Mail UK, Australia Post and Australian Electoral Commission, and provided strategic advisory to clients like ANZ, NAB, Coles, Legal Aid NSW, Department of Finance and TAFE NSW.
Raising two sons in primary school and completing the second half of her MBA studies, you’ll find her at the beach, strength training at the gym or meditating in the garden to find her zen!
